Job Description

Sourcing profiles through networking, consultants, referrals, cold calling, preliminary screening and conducting the first round interview (telephonic / direct)
Taking care of the Walk-in interviews, accommodate them with the test process and evaluate the test papers
Scheduling interviews & follow-ups, maintaining database related to recruitments
Act as an Employee Relations Executive for all the new hires and support them completely, until they are comfortably settled with the organization

Desired Profile:

Candidates with minimum of an years' experience in handling recruitment is a must, candidates preferable with IT / ITES recruitment experience
Candidates having experience in mass hiring would be preferred
Should have handled induction / joining formalities for the new hires
Experience in campus recruitment would be an added advantage
