HR Executive

- Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, internet postings, referrals and headhunting.
- Initial screening of CVs and short listing of profiles as per requirement & forwarding the CVs of short-listed candidates to concerned point of contact.
- Coordinating with clients and candidates regarding the interview.
- Provide timely and efficient service to both entities in terms of feedback, communication etc.
- On successful hiring of the candidate, ensure all compliance and other papers are handled in an appropriate, professional and timely manner.
- Building and maintaining relationship with candidates.
