We are looking for HR-Executive Generalist () profile

Candidates will be responsible for entire Pre and post joining formalities.
Will be responsible for preparation of all joining documents including the statutory forms, Offer Letter/Appointment Letters
Statutory Compliance (Knowledge of PF & ESI)
Updating and maintenance of HR Records (HRIS) in different verticals (Joining Records, Training and Development records, Employee Data Base etc.) and keep the management updated
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysi data.
Taking care of entire appraisal process
Coordination for Training and development
Taking care of Performance Appraisal
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Monthly Employee Engagement & welfare activities
Conducting Exit Interviews, F & F settlements.
Employee Master, Resignations
