Job Description

The Administrative Officer is expected to manage all activities related to the staff, management and statutory requirements as per Government and Local Self Governing Departments.
The following as the various duties that shall be assigned to the Administrative Officers:
1.Attend all in – house and external trainings and upgrade their knowledge base to improve productivity and accountability.
2.Keeping record of Program officers/Team Leader/s field visits.
3.Drafting letters and preparing progress reports as and when required. Maintain records for attendance, Salary Administration, Stationary indents, disbursement as required.
4.Assist Finance Officer for procurement of Stationary, computers, or any equipment for office usage.
5.Assist in conducting recruitment & selection activity.
6.Assist in training & development Activities.
7.Keeping, maintaining & updating Files
