Qualification: MBA HR with 1 year experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for Talent Acquisition.
Building Performance Oriented Culture.
Partner with Business to implement HR Strategies.
To build HR Business Plan in line with strategy of the sales organization.
Driving engagement and culture development initiatives in the sales organization.
Behavioral Training and Development (Identification, mapping, execution)
Work towards building Internal Branding.
Responsible for Setting / Evaluation / Up gradation of Performance Matrices for Sales Team.
Performance Evaluation of Sales Employees.
Align HR Strategy with Business Objectives.
To be able to work under pressure when given a task that is of vital importance to the organization
