Job Description

Job Summary

Understand the business and product
Inbound lead conversion with inside sales team
Catch up with sales team to get 30-60-90 day feedback and suggest improvements basis the feedback
Manage performance review cycles along with the HRBP
Manage employee separation process which includes -
Conducting exit interviews, updating records, sending out mails for clearances, explaining the process, handing over letters, processing EDP and ensuring exit feedback gets reviewed by HRBP and is sent to the employees manager within the specified TAT
Provide assistance to Business Partners in routine activities and HR projects
Handle all miscellaneous HR operations for products
