Job Description

HR Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day management of HR Operations; Facilities and Administration; Manage Compliance and Administration of Policies, Procedures and Programmes of the organization.

A person who enjoys planning and developing systems, has attention to details but particularly interested in the personal development of the organization’s people.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Process
Assist in handling end-to-end lifecycle of an employee, right from hiring to exit.
Management of Employee Database

Experience 2-4 years
Proven experience as HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Adaptable and manages competing demands
Good knowledge of employment / labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of HRIS (Peoplesoft) will be an added advantage
