Job Description

Job Responsibilities’

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Research on the subject in hand and create training content.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
• Deliver class room training of the available content

Qualifications and skills

• Good knowledge of various LMS tools ( WordPress LearnDash preferred)
• Strong understanding of and experience in product training
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Should be able to establish relationship with operations team to receive feedback on Training and delivery
• Excellent English Communication (written + verbal) & Presentation skills
