Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manpower Planning & Deployment; monitoring Daily manpower vs. Sanction, Extra Man hours, Manpower Cost Analysis etc.,Monitoring Compensation & Benefits, Creating and revising job descriptions, KRA/KPI.Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.Conducting new employee's Joining & Induction programme. Responsible for exit interviews & settlements.Maintaining HR Database & MIS, Bridge management for Complaint & Grievance. Training & Development. Ensure Statutory & Legal Compliance. Responsible for Audits & inspection by Social, Environmental, Labor Office, PF-ESIC, Various Buyers and other govt. Authorities.
