Job Description

Looking for HR Manager who is well versed in office management.
Should handle statutory compliance and administration functions.
Must have good interpersonal relation skills.
Should interface with management and HODs for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
Plan human resource requirements, organise selection interviews and induction programs.
Capable of managing welfare measures, overseeing staff welfare and accommodation for staff.
Must handle grievances, day to day operational issues and monitor disciplinary issues.
Able to prepare and generate MIS reports.
