Job Description

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Works with Department Managers to forecast personnel needs and manpower planning.
• Interviews candidates, administers tests, provides evaluation scores for each candidate and works out a dossier
• Takes responsibility for advertising of open positions/selection of best medium for outside sourcing of personnel (e.g. the job boards and recruitment agencies)
• Takes responsibility for internal job openings posting through the job portal.
• Identifies competencies and shortlists CV’s in line with the job requirements.
- Knowledge of working on Oracle Taleo atleast for 2-3 years (Hands on knowledge)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Recruitment.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in oil and gas industries.
- Experience in hiring for all Discipline Engineers in EPC contracting companies.
