Basic knowledge of Job portals and Sites like Naurki, LinkedIn, Shine
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently.
Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment.


Job Responsibilities:
Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews to filter candidates.
Arranging interviews and follow up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
