Job Description

Shall be responsible for all HR recruitment activities for all levels of management.

Handling the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (head hunting, cold calling, institutes, job portal, references etc.)
Responsible for screening and short listing of the candidates, scheduling interviews, salary. Creating JDs, posting on portals, conducting reference checks.

Must have relevant experience in recruitment.
