Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
1. End To End recruitment cycle .
2. Short-listing profiles from various job sites based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skill sets and experience.
3. Posting the job requirements on different portals.
4. Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring.
