Head Retail Operations

We intend to setup a new Retail Store for Selling Footwear and are looking out for a candidate who can work on this greenfield project.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Build a business plan
2. Setup the store interiors
3. Identify suppliers for Footwear
4. Negotiate prices and setup credit line with suppliers
5. Recruit retail sales staff
6. Manage day to day operations of the Stores
