• Is the designated Health & Safety Officer responsible for ensuring the club is compliant on all the Health & Safety requirements and that all the documentation is maintained accurately.
• Making a training calendar for my teams in the club & delivering the desired training calendar as per deadlines for the club.
• Assessing all the risk in terms of Health & Safety for the club & arresting it in time with a logical & sustainable solution.
• Making sure that all the requirements of the Children’s Safety Guide followed at all times across all the departments.
• Delivering member safety in everything I do, contributing towards growing the member count, member participation and member value for money.
• Ensure absolute diligence and compliance to our internal & external Health & Safety Standards at all times and ensuring there is a programme for reviewing it on regular basis
