* Candidate having 0 to 2years of experience
* Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Skills: Customer Focus, Assertiveness, Understanding of Management/ Resolution Skill.
* Handling of Email Queries and Voice mails
*Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word & Outlook
*MS office (Excel in particular will be an added advantage)

· Education qualifications –Any Graduate

· Good knowledge of computer

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Should not be below 18 years of age
