Job Description:
* Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Skills: Customer Focus, Assertiveness, Understanding of Management/ Resolution Skills
* Inbound - Query/escalation handling / resolution: Outbound, Gathering
* Handling of Email Queries and Voice mails
* Should be willing to work in 24/7 support
*Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word & Outlook
* Should be willing to work in 24/7 support
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education qualifications –Any Graduate
Good knowledge of computer
Excellent interpersonal skills
Should not be below 18 years of age
Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per US Hours, according to business needs.
