JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for branch sales, for servicing walk-in-customers, handling queries on account balances, statements of accounts, information on different products and services, opening of accounts in system and handling front desks when needed.
Detailed responsibilities:
1. Handling telephone calls of prospective customers and furnishing information on products and services of the bank
2. Acting as telephone sales executive and generating marketing leads for the branch
3. Coordinating with marketing team for status on leads and responding to customers for documentation and other needs before establishing relationship
4. Resolving customer queries and initial interaction with the prospects
5. Internet Banking registration and demons
6. Accepting outward clearing cheques from the customers and other customer instructions
7. Assisting operations department
