PAC- Job Summary:
Individually acquire new to bank premium relationships for the bank through savings account, current accounts & wealth management products.
Job Responsibility:
• Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.
• Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory Sales.
• Achieve the Acquisition Sales Targets set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix, within defined Quality Parameters.
• Achieve the budgeted cross sell targetdepletion /FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.
• Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customer
