Job Description:
Prior Help Desk experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity in working with global user base
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Prior experience with Help Desk management ticketing system
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows OS, Internet browsers (IE, Chrome,
Fire Fox, Safari) and LAN/WAN operations
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Familiarity with database structure and queries
• Associates degree or Technical School certification
• Prior knowledge of Archer GRC is preferable
