Job Description

Candidate must have good working knowledge in keeping good relation in the factory. He must be able to train the employees to achieve the Company's goal in production for better productivity. He must have high dynamic knowledge to implement HR policy of the company and sufficient knowledge of labour laws in dealing with day to day matters and thorough knowledge in initiating disciplinary proceedings. Advise the Management to formulate salary package in order to reduce employee turnover. Also to advise and implement Management in maintaining employees discipline in the factory. To do any other such HR related matters assigned to him from time to time. Salary will commensurate with the experience.
Salary:5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A
