Job Description

• Successfully manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently, including sourcing, screening, co-coordinating interviews, negotiation, offer and closure of candidates for assigned requirements.
• Responsible for Senior and Middle management hiring
• Consult with managers on overall hiring process and collaborate on job requisition details
• Review job description to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement, internet postings and targeted job boards
• Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand impact of applied strategies
• Effectively screen and interview candidates
• Conduct telephonic interviews and face to face interactions as a part of HR screening for all positions
• Effectively negotiate and communicate offer to successful candidates
• Follow-up with selected candidates and keep the respective depart
