Job Description

The candidate will be part of the regional IBIT GPS organization and will work closely with global IB sector functional leads. The role requires a close working relationship with key stakeholders to own the plan for transformational activities, cost optimized solutions, manage delivery, implementation, process improvement and production application support. Accountability for the managed service, providing L2 support which covers day-to-day operations and production support. Conduct service improvement reviews with internal teams and service providers to ensure quality of service. Overall accountability for Risk management and BCP. The applicant should have a strong delivery and execution background. It is essential for the applicant to have diversified global experience in the support space. With strong project management and a executive level understanding of budgets and financials.
