Job Description

You as a Manager Operational Transformation – Finance/HR/SCM will be part of Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Support team based out of Bangalore and responsible for process excellence/standardization initiatives in Finance/HR/SCM respectively in line with directives from global process owner.

Requirements

Your Bachelor's/ Masters in any stream with 10+ years of experience in Finance/HR/Supply Chain in a BPO/KPO with 6-8 years in core Operational Excellence/ Business Excellence role will be an ideal fit. Your experience in Shared Services for a Global Company (e.g. Finance/HR/SCM) will be an added advantage. Exposure to Process Excellence / Operational Excellence/ Business Excellence will be an ideal fit. Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt certification would be an added advantage.
