This is a level Two - 24*7 Production Support role on a rotation basis, involving troubleshooting Batch Job failure, Autosys Contention due to Server or DB performance. Working knowledge of ETL tool and Datawarehousing environment is required. Coordination and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams like Infrastructure or DBA or Business. Perform Root Cause Analysis with the senior members and report the same appropriately.
