RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Train and educate BCs to source Assets & Liabilities products from assigned territory.
2. Appoint BC in every 600 households in rural and urban areas.
3. Enable BCs to achieve the agreed objectives.
4. Ensure achieve financial inclusion by the help of BC’s in the territory allocated.
5. Conduct periodic structured meetings to increase productivity.
6. Train in terms of products, processes and technological interventions.
7. Ensure smooth operation
