ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES
Inside sales (converting leads in enrolments) for Kratoes which is a well-funded startup in the field of Online education for high technology areas.
Key Responsibility Areas:
-Work with phone / web leads and convert them to enrolments
- Keep Qualified leads engaged by sending them regular mailers
- Update CRM systems with status of leads
- Leverage tools to improve efficiency of the sales process and increase overall sales/conversions
-Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product.
Desired Skills:
- 2-5 years of exp in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment.
- Very strong Oral Communication skills ( English)
-Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly).
