Job Description

Claim Document registration & Acknowledgement
Customer Queries Support
Co-ordination with auditing team for claim follow up
Documents Verification
Enter the claim payments, reserves and new claims on computer
Present cases and participate in discussions on non-routine/complex claims
Contact or correspond with claimant, hospitals and brokers to obtain any additional information required to ascertain completeness and validity of claim
Scan and upload the documents in filenet
Verify and follow up on all documents need for recovery
Co-ordinating with hospitals and TPA ,brokerage companies
Network Supporting Teams
Dealing with enrollment team for corporate & retail policy quote & Employee data
Co-ordinate with Corporate companies H.R team for employee's data enrollment
