Internal Sales Coordinator

Responsible for
- Enquiry management from various channels such as direct/online/subdealer/other
- Estimation and preparation of quotation based on customer needs
- Follow up with marketing/sales team members for order
- Preparation of material requirement for projects
- Communication and negotiation with vendors
- New vendor development - Research to find new vendors
- Coordination with vendors and other stakeholders for timely sales/project execution
- Handle quotation, invoice, delivery, payment follow up
- Preparation or reports and statistics in sales and purchase
- Provide feedback on sales and purchase
