Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of affluent and high net worth customers to open a liability relationship in addition to up-selling and cross-selling different products of the bank.
Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter add these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
Achieve high level of cross sell penetration among-st the asset customers of the bank.
Achieve defined Revenue, CASA acquisition, Book growth and deepening targets on a monthly basis
Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
