Job Description

We require L2 Technical Support Executives for our Inbound International US/Canada Process.

Candidates should:
(1) Have fluency in English.
(2) Be able to understand customer queries and respond accordingly.
(3) Be able to provide solutions using voice as well as remote assistance.
(4) Be ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:
(1) Knowledge of Windows OS issues (7, 8.1 and 10).
(2) Knowledge of Mac OSX issues.
(3) Internet issues (Connection problems, networking).
(4) Knowledge of Printers (HP, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, Canon).
(5) Knowledge of INTUIT software (TurboTax, Quickbooks and Quicken).
(6) Email Clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, Incredimail, AOL Desktop, MSN).
(7) MS Office Installation and Troubleshooting.

FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY.
NO Drop/Pick-up Facility.
