Job Description

1. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
2. Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses.
3. Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, redirecting or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries.
4. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
5. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
6. Providing support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include preparing agendas, pre meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
7. Candidates with Pleasant personality and fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali will be given more preference.
