o Build Management tools – Ant, Maven, SVN
o Continuous Integration – Jenkins
o Basic administration knowledge (OS & N/W)
o C++, Java, CORBA, MQ, JBOSS, J2EE technologies

Software Engineering/Functional Skills

o Written and oral communication skills
o Working experience with US clients or US exp.
o Should have the right attitude to learn new technologies, applications quickly and guide team members
