Job Description

*Plan & develop an effective way to manage & handle the daily calls effectively.
*Manage and coordinate daily sales/leasing enquiries in a timely manner.
*Report & coordinate with Leasing Head with the status of calls.
*Identify customers needs, clarify information & provide the required information.
*Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way
*Should be able to assist Leasing Head by receiving & maintaining daily calls. Also, able to make desired reports from the database.
*Should be able to coordinate with Clients & Channel Partners visits on the behalf of Leasing head
*Managing the MIS for all received leads
