* Bachelor's Degree in Law (essential)
* preparing the agree like development agreement, lease agreement, sale agreement, affidavit cum declaration, Deed Drafting etc
* Legal Correspondence, Day to day legal support to other department of the company
* Ensure the smooth Functioning of projects and to resolve the legal issues
* Maintain the procedure of cases U/S 138 Matters, Stamp Act, RERA, IPC, NCLT.

Excellent oral and written communication having the knowledge of legal terminology
knowledge of acts, rules and regulation, guidelines related to real estate.
