Job Description

Key Responsiblity Areas
Ensure growth of business and surpassing periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized/IFAs empanelled/new investor acquired.
Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
Motivating, coaching, training and managing the sales force.
Devising strategy for future based on the regional typicality of the hyderabad Location.
Maintaining good relationships with institutions in co-ordination with the institutional marketing team members.
Maintaining good relationship with the HNIs and Non-individual distributors.
Conducting investor's meet,agents meeting and organizing participation in Finance fairs etc.
Conducting necessary training/knowledge transfer sessions for the agents to keep them updated on the market and product front.
Ensuring timely collection of funds and efficient usage of  Infrastructure.
