Process Control is a key functional area. The role is to work as a team in creating an effective quality circle, formulating & implementing control plan for various process rejection controls and getting the team to take ultimate ownership of the reliability of the product. Degree holders in Mechanical or automobile engineering with 15 years or more experience in mass production from auto ancillary industries with exposure to entire quality assurance activities. He should be fully conversant with ISO/IS 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Quality Systems and TPM. He should have a real interest for the profile with good experience in customer interfacing. Excellent Communication Skill is a must.
