Maintenance Engineer

• Maintain equipment to minimize equipment downtime.
• Electronic, electrical and mechanical assembly and trouble shooting of the equipment.
• Basic processing equipment assembly and alignment.
• Mechanical adjustment, calibration and repair, based on process analysis and specifications.
• Perform routine process analysis to verify accuracy and completeness of established process.
• Provide on-line technical support to Production.
• Collaborate with Engineers to achieve reduced manufacturing costs and quality initiatives.
• Provide verbal and written work direction to other operators/technicians.
• Experience in handling AHU's, transformer, Injection molding machines and sterilization machine preferred
