Maintenance Manager

Must be a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience of more than 25 years; out of which at least 3 years of heading a Maintenance Team of a Power Plant of capacity not less than 200MW. Should be up to date with modern Maintenance and Efficiency Improvement Programs.

Should have personal exposure to trouble-shoot, planned and unplanned shut-down and root causes of problems and remedial measures. Should have deep knowledge of performance engineering and maintenance. Should be able to effectively complement the efforts of Customer’s Maintenance Team to reduce unplanned shut-downs and down time leading to overall increase in the availability of the Plant.

Excellent in communication skills in English in English both spoken and written.Should be willing to work in a team from different cultures and geographies.
