Desired Competencies:
Understanding of FIDIC (Red Book, Silver Book, Yellow Book). Understanding of NHAI/State Highways EPC/BOT Model agreements. Experience of filing claims with Arbitration Tribunal for Highways/Infra Projects is preferable
