Manager, Programs – Natural Resource Management and Disaster Management

Role:
a. Project Management: Overall responsibility for projects in the NRM and DM domains including agriculture, conservation, land and water based interventions and DRR projects. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.
b. Technical inputs: Provide technical inputs for the project and guide the NRM and DM teams.
c. Team Productivity: Manage and guide the team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.
d. Documentation and interface: Be responsible for all reports and communication with stakeholders.

Person Specification:

Qualifications: Masters degree or equivalent in NRM or related sciences.
Experience: 8 years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.
Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language
Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills
