Job Description

Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing (Teaching/Non Teaching) and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Builds a quality relationship with the employee of AESPL and external recruitment agencies
• Conducts job interviews for the all the positions (Teaching/Non Teaching).
• Manager and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics of a region
• Good Communication both in Hindi and English, Knowledge of Regional Language is preferable
