Job Description

Improve customer stickiness by offering suitable proposition.
ARPU Upgrade by maintaining equilibrium of customer rate and market
Reduce overall dormancy of newly acquired consumers through various stimulation & engagement programs
Sales & Trade connect in order to drive GTM.
Understanding consumer cohorts / segments and barriers and triggers for each segment
Build strategies to drive hygiene programs like Online penetration and App downloads .
Strong ROI measurement analytics on marketing efforts
Strong domain knowledge to execute Product grids, entire bit on churn management, high value etc.
Build Revenue bridge plan & deliver the same as per organization objective.
To surface new and impactful ideas for on boarding the customers onto the network and adoption of high value packs
