Job Description

Should be expertise in handling all end to end Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities
To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions.
Meeting the new customers for final closures/Client escalations. To oversee the day to day sales activity, setting goals for Sales team, management of team, allocation of resources etc.
Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
To develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region.
To handle end-to-end Brand Management activities or promotional activities to build and enhance the company's brand image.
Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities to establish the action plans for improvement and fine tuning of sales strategies
Facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report.
