Job Description

As a Senior Manager Human Resources you shall be responsible and accountable for:

Talent Acquisition
Handle HR activities of multiple project sites
Training & Development
Employee Relations
Compliance
Industrial Relations
Performance Management
MIS & Dashboards
Contract Labour Management

Prerequisites:
Must have 15+ years of experience, 5+ in a lead role heading a HR function of 1000+ Cr organization.
Must have headed a team of 10+ professionals.
Develop & implemented HR dashboards, reports, trackers
Hands on in shop floor HR activities
Through in Compensation & Benefits Trends, Analysis, Surveys
Must have handled Long Term Wage Settlements
Must have handled multiple locations
Must have work with engineering/ EPC / Turney solution provided company

Full Time MBA in HR
