Job Description

As a Assistant Manager / Manager - IR you shall be primarily responsible for;
1) Finalizing contact labor contracts
2) Ensure the compliance as per statutory norms for 3rd party contractors providing manpower services
3) Managing Labor unions and resolving issues pertaining to union
4) Disciplinary proceeding against any misconduct / misbehavior / absenteeism
5) Maintaining cohesive and productive working condition at various sites
6) Ensure compliance as per government norms at all the project sites and manufacturing units

Skills Required
1) In depth knowledge of Labor laws, court proceedings and various acts
2) Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues
3) Must have handled, dealt with gherao, strike, labor unrest
4) Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings
5) Must have done Long term wage settlement
