1. Enquiry generation / cold calling & identification of prospects.
2. Fill up the inquiry form
3. Enquiry follows–up. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and personal visits
4. Insert inquiry detail in CRM
5. Carry proper sales kit during prospect visit.
6. Inform customer on new project
7. Target achievement (Sales)
8. Proper presentation of Sample House
9. Handle customer objections by help of supporting staff.
10. Adhere strictly to selling norms as per policy.
11. Ensure that all documents are properly procured.
12. Payment conditions to be met as per policy
13. Regularly update your knowledge about Scheme
