Job Description

Handling a Sales Team including allocating work / leads / targets to individual team members, following up, and achieving overall team targets.
Achieving closures of leads being followed up by team members.
Doing follow up for debtor collection for achieving monthly collection targets.
Planning and executing lead generation activities aimed at obtaining qualified leads from the Groups target audience.
Planning and executing Sale Promotional activities.
Market Intelligence Management: Keeping abreast of all projects in the market-existing projects, new launches, their sales status, etc.
Broker Management: Managing parallel channels and transaction intermediaries including motivating and following up with them to ensure maximum productivity from other channels.
Handling and satisfactorily resolving customer issues of existing customers.
Market research and feasibility analysis.
