* Develop schemes of work and lesson planners in line with curriculum objectives and the syllabus. They facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and by their organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment

* Establishing clear teaching objectives as per the School’s standards and specify the methods of communicating the topics to students

* Setting tasks which challenge students and ensure high levels of interest, appropriate and demanding expectations

* Setting the targets, building on prior attainment providing understandable structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation and challenge that creates enthusiasm and imaginative presentation in the students

* Making effective use of assessment and ensuring coverage of programs of study along with effective teaching and best use of available time
